Orders

Orders will usually be processed within 12-24 hours (except weekends and holidays) from receipt of payment.

*All Open-Box products for sale are examined to make sure they are in good working condition and repacked for shipment, will ship within 5 business days.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Carro Home checkout. The shipping cost of the item is for both the weight and the dimensions of the box. Larger or oversized boxes will incur higher shipping costs.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING
We require a complete correct physical address to ship your item. If the item is being returned to us through no fault of ours, the buyer will need to pay the full reshipping and handling fees for us to resend the item. Refused and undeliverable shipments will not be granted a shipping and handling refund. Returned shipments will be held until the reshipping fees are paid. If you think you need a signature confirmation to ensure delivery, we will require you to pay a small fee for the addition of the service.

WE HAVE A RIGHT NOT TO SHIP TO AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS
We do NOT ship to international locations, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We only ship to physical addresses within the Contiguous United States. Customers in Hawaii, and Alaska are responsible for shipping freight and surcharges. All taxes/duties/customs fees will be paid by the customer. For security reasons, we also have a right to ship only to the confirmed address on the order. Please make sure to check the shipping cost on the item description before purchasing.

Expedited Shipping Requests:

If you require expedited shipping, please call us at 909-503-9060 on the same day during our business hours (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM PDT) to arrange payment for the additional shipping cost as directed by our staff. Once the payment is completed, we will ship the required product on the same day. Please note that we can only send the product out on the same day, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) will deliver the products on time. Our store assumes no liability for delays caused by the carrier but will assist customers in filing claims. Please consider this carefully. Requests for expedited shipping made via email will not be processed.

Holiday Shipping:

If your order is placed on a public holiday or the day before a public holiday, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the holiday ends.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:

If you request to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be charged an additional fee for the recall. Alternatively, you can wait for the delivery and then return the item, in which case return shipping fees will apply.
