Reviews
Quiet fan, moves a lot of air
recently purchased the Essex Smart Low Profile Ceiling Fan with LED Light, and I am very pleased with it. The fan looks fantastic and fits well with my decor. Installation was straightforward and easy, making the setup process hassle-free. The delivery was on time, and I appreciate the prompt service. Additionally, the customer service team has been excellent—they addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally, demonstrating a high level of helpfulness and expertise. Overall, I highly recommend this ceiling fan for its design, ease of installation, and outstanding customer support.
Fan has lots of options and it really looks great. Puts out lots of air. Very pleased!
We are so happy with this fan! It was easy to install and moves smoothly. No wobble. The wind creates is impressive. It has been amazing to have during the hot weather.
Fan is great and when the LED light strip failed it was replaced for free!
I bought three fans, and they look great out on my lanai. Setting them up on the app was easy. I love how I can sync all three, so whatever I turn on or off with one - the others do the same. I had read reviews about the remote, so didn't even try to use one. The only thing that sucked was that the glass light cover came broken on all three fans. Contacting customer service was not a big deal though, and SmaFan shipped replacements I received in less than 5 business days.
We love our DC fans, which do a great job of moving air in our dining room and living room. If I had only one issue with these, it's that the remotes can feel a little too brittle. I would like it if they were more robust. We had a slight hum with one of the fans, but when customer service reached out they were quick to send me a brand new motor assembly for free, which resolved my issue. Wonderful customer service!
Awesome fan, remote is occasionally glitchy but works perfect with the phone app! Super quiet and perfect for our 10x14 room; the lighting technology is mind blowing
The fan looks beautiful in my patio.Very quiet, produces good airflow...Great quality and works with the app very nicely!
